He was on time and even made suggestions on how to improve the qualities of services by recommending products that make life easier to enjoy. We bought 3 surround sounds so we can enjoy our entertainments at it's best performance. We even bought Nest that assists me when I can't hear the doorbell. It allows me to feel the cell phone vibrate alerting me someone is at the door even when I'm away from home, I will never miss a thing. The best thing about this service was the peace of mind knowing we're in good hands."
